RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We are glad to inform you that we offer both return and size exchange. For returns, we deduct Rs 100(due to shipping costs) and offer store credit for the remaining value. For size exchange, there are no additional costs. You can go through the detailed policy below.

Exchange Policy

 

Freesia Array has a 3 days exchange policy in case of any size issue, defect/ wrong product/ damaged product.
 
For any size-related issues - You can place a request for a different size of the same product. No additional charges are applied.
If any defect/wrong product/damaged product - You can place a request for the same product, same size. 

No additional charges are applied.

The product to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. Any product that is altered, soiled, or damaged (and has not been reported within 72 hours of delivery) will be considered unacceptable for a return. The returned product will be inspected at our facility before initiating an exchange. 

Once approved, the exchanged or replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once approved, a store credit will be issued with the amount you paid minus Rs 100. (due to shipping costs) on your email address within 2 to 3 working days. 


Refund Policy

Once a return request is approved, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.
After processing, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank.
