Shipping Charges:
For orders with Delivery Address within India, as of now we are not charging and shipping charges. 

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Currently COD facility is not available on our website. You can choose to pay with the available modes.

Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at freesia.array@gmail.com

Cancel the order?

An order can be cancelled until the order is dispatched, applicable only on ready to ship products.  Please email us at freesia.array@gmail.com to cancel your order. If the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
