How to obtain the Return Id
You need to mark an email to FREESIA.ARRAY@GMAIL.COM. The team will reply back with the return id with in 2 working days time.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Once the goods pass through the quality check, the amount will be refunded to the account number mentioned in the mail.
**No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns.
